Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions

Information for prospective affiliate and referral partners.

Programme status: Applications of interest only

1. About Wrenstead Energy

Wrenstead Energy is a brand operated by FLAREMOTION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. These terms describe our current partnership enquiry process and the principles intended to govern future affiliate collaborations.

2. Programme Availability

Our commission-based affiliate programme is not yet active. We currently welcome expressions of interest from suitable UK-based and UK-focused content creators, reviewers, publishers and industry professionals.

Submitting an enquiry does not constitute acceptance into an affiliate programme or create any right to compensation.

3. Partner Applications

Prospective partners may contact us with their name, organisation, website or social channels, primary audience location and proposed collaboration. We may review applications individually and are not obliged to accept any application.

4. Commission and Attribution

No commission rate, referral attribution period or tracking arrangement is currently offered or guaranteed.

Any future commission arrangement must be confirmed in a separate written agreement, including eligible products, qualifying transactions, commission calculation, tracking method and attribution period.

5. Payments, Returns and Cancellations

Future affiliate agreements will specify payment eligibility, settlement procedures and the treatment of cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible orders. No payment obligation arises from an initial partnership enquiry.

6. Advertising and Disclosure

Partners must comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, privacy and marketing laws, including relevant UK Advertising Standards Authority and CAP Code requirements.

Where content is advertising or contains affiliate links, any required commercial disclosure must be clear, prominent and understandable to consumers.

Reviews must be genuine and must not contain fabricated testimonials, misleading product claims or unsupported savings estimates.

7. Brand and Content Use

Use of Wrenstead Energy branding, product imagery, trademarks and promotional materials requires appropriate permission. Partners must not imply an official endorsement, certification or exclusive relationship unless expressly authorised in writing.

8. Technical and Safety Claims

All promotional claims must accurately reflect the relevant product specifications, compatibility requirements and installation guidance. Partners must not guarantee savings, performance or suitability without adequate supporting evidence.

9. Personal Information

Information submitted in a partnership enquiry will be handled in accordance with our applicable Privacy Policy and data protection obligations.

10. Future Agreements and Changes

These published terms are informational and do not replace a separately executed affiliate agreement. Any future programme rules, commercial commitments, governing law and dispute arrangements will be specified in the applicable written agreement.
